Who can use CAIR–Nepal materials?
Affiliated individuals and organizations may use the CAIR–Nepal name, logo, and relevant materials. They must not use them in any context that undermines the institute’s reputation.
When should permission be requested?
Before using CAIR–Nepal materials—including the brand name—request written permission at info@cair-nepal.org, unless you are affiliated with CAIR–Nepal or meet an exclusion below. Include where and how the material will be used.
Exclusions
- Conferences, workshops, or events in which CAIR–Nepal participates.
- Organizations collaborating with CAIR–Nepal or operating under an MOU.
- Academic publications.
- Academic and research institutions.
Notes
“Brand name” includes CAIR–Nepal and Center for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Nepal. “Relevant materials” includes any resource bearing the institute’s name or logo. Unless stated otherwise, use requires prior written authorization. CAIR–Nepal may revoke permission at any time, and unauthorized use may result in legal action.
